We loved staying at this place. The location was great, with spectacular views across the hills to the ocean and with beautiful walks (30 mins) from the door down to the cliffs and beach. The village has good amenities and is only 10mins drive from Guincho beach. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable and had all the facilities needed. The terrace area was great and the garden beautiful. Franquelina, who lives above the apartment was helpful.

El apartamento tiene una ubicacion extraordinaria, con unas vistas bellísimas. Franquelina es una mujer muy atenta y encantadora. El jardin de ensueño, mejor de lo que pensaba por las fotos. 100% recomendable. Un consejo, nosotros estuvimos en agosto y aún así pasamos frio por las noches, es importante llevar ropa de abrigo.

Perfect stay, very clean, spatious appartment opening to the garden and terrace. Quiet place. Nice view from the garden. Walking distance (10min) to nearest restaurants and small supermarket. Nice beach at 10min drive or 30min walk on marked tourist trail. Good staring point to visit Sintra (20min drive). Very nice and welcoming host. Thank you Franquelina :-)

We had the most beautiful few days staying at Franquelinas. A traditional place, with gorgeous views and surroundings. The outside garden and facilities were amazing! Nothing was too much trouble for Franquelina, she went above and beyond for us, making us feel so welcome. Thank you so much, we will be visiting again.
