My husband and I did a surprise back to school trip for our children Would recommend this location for anyone with children close to the boardwalk easy access to the beach and restaurants area. Can’t wait to visit the area again with the family…

Overall we enjoyed our time here. I usually try not to be too picky, but there were a few things I was a bit unhappy with. check in was a bit confusing, but when we arrived to our condo our door was unlocked, so anyone could’ve been in there. parking was a problem. Some1 was parked in our reserved spots, we just parked in another spot. Well later some lady came up to us in a fit saying that was her spot, and threatening to have our cars towed. I messaged palm air to let them know about the issue and they wanted me to try to talk to the person in our spot which just shouldn’t be my problem to solve. I’m here to be on vacation not to resolve parking issues. The smell of one of our bedrooms was just awful. Smelled like BO the whole time no matter what I did.. and also the little amount of toilet paper, towels, etc that were provided for 3 people for 5 days. One towel per person? And 1 and 1/2 rolls of toilet paper. But the views were nice and it’s in a great location. Clean. We’re happy.

perfect spot for us. only a half mile to the boardwalk restaurants. great food right across the street. close walk to the ocean and right across the street for boat tours and fishing. don’t miss the aquarium, small but fun. the fort was closed but still got to walk the grounds. always a different route for my daily walk. the balcony was very enjoyable, relaxed out there a lot. just remember you’re on the third floor, no elevator.

Condo is clean and great location - close to restaurants, beach, boardwalk, and firework views from deck. Owner is very pet friendly. Reserved parking was awesome. Building is old and in rough shape- unit is on 3rd floor (4 flights, no elevator). Condo is missing blinds (bright street lights makes use of sleeper sofa unusable), living room only has a loveseat and small TV and no other furniture. The unit has no artwork or any personal touches. Broken microwave and cable TV was not working. Only one streaming device in unit in one bedroom. If you are looking for a pet friendly, low priced unit, close to boardwalk with ocean views and don’t mind a place with no updates - this will work for you.
