Visited with my mother and two kids. We were extremely comfortable and enjoyed our stay. It was about a 5 minute drive from many restaurants and stores. And the neighborhood was quiet!

Tyler’s home was visibly not clean and had an odor we tried to mask with strong air freshener but you still could smell the mildew/smoke smell. Visibly we could see the floors needed to be swept and mopped. Microwave was broken I was never apologized to for the inconvenience. Tyler stated to me himself he was recovering from surgery in Europe which is understandable. But in no way does that give him the right to call me a liar about the conditions even after sending him pictures. After paying over $700 for the 6 days we stayed there cleanliness should’ve been addressed properly before our arrival. The pretty white down comforters in pics weren’t in home. Sheets and towels were dingy. We purchased our own that we’ll never be reimbursed for. After using this app almost 8 years this the worse host I’ve experienced. Aside from having the cleaning lady return nothing else was addressed during our stay. Then after refund was refused he hit me with the noise complaint two days before checkout
