Two friends quite enjoyed their month long stay at Melissa’s place in February. Melissa was responsive and let us know ahead of time that a restaurant had opened at Playa Caracol development. She quickly got a replacement for broken toaster to us. Thank you for everything, Melissa! We loved the terrace! If beach and pool were too busy or windy, it was a beautiful, private sanctuary. Fans and lights allowed us to enjoy it from sunup to bedtime. It even has a clear covering that kept the odd sprinkle of rain off us. Property is still under construction, but buildings surrounding pool are done or just getting finishing touches. Unfortunately, sometimes this means power or water are shut off for the day. Development now has a terrific restaurant on site and, just outside grounds, are a good beach bar, place selling ice and small variety store. We had a small car. Others used taxis. It’s a 35-40 min drive to Coronado to do a big grocery shop or go to dinner. A great beach vacay spot 😎

El apartamento esta hermoso, muy bien equipado y una terraza espectacular. Frente a la piscina y muy cerca de la playa. Pasamos un exelente fin de semana.
