Overall a very beautiful condo, clean, nice amenities (tv pools outdoor gas grills), good location right on the beach. Southern Vacation rentals themselves seem to be good to work with however the pelican resort (which is where you are staying) is a little over the top on policing the beaches, staying within their designated beach area, no personal food or drinks at beach or pools.Wristband heavily enforced.
