We stayed with small kids and the location is perfect. The second story was great! We could take the stairs and didn’t have to wait for elevator. The amenities were nice, ease of check in, and the staff were great. The unit itself is sub par for the price. Upon arrival there was sand all over the place so much it looked like it had not been swept at all. All of the furniture is old &stained, the screen door was broken, there was visible dirt on the bunk bed steps and baseboards, the kitchen light was cracked with bugs inside of it, and the register vents were black with dust and dirt. The unit was outdated, not clean, and over priced. It looked and felt like a motel room you book during spring break as a college kid. This unit needs updated but mainly a thorough cleaning and TLC. That being said the management company was quick to respond to my concerns and questions.

I was extremely happy with my host and my accommodations. The host was quick to respond with any/all questions I had. The property was clean and in great condition. The view and amenities are unparalleled. I will definitely book with this host again.

We will stay again! It was our first time in Destin. Not enough words to describe how peaceful and beauty of being directly on the beach. That was a major selling point for us to select this specific listing.
