Well maintained grounds. Quick access to the highway and the national forest. Lots of great activity recommendations in the cabin and at the host's website.

Kim was very personable and waiting outside the door as soon as I arrived. The place was beautiful, quiet, and peaceful. She has a wonderful personality and I am rebooking in a few months for winter!

My wife and I come to Delano several times a year to fly sailplanes at the nearby Chilhowee Gliderport. This is our first time to say with Kim at the Fireside Outpost. The cabin was as advertised, neat, clean and comfortable with all appliances, networks, etc working properly. What made our stay extraordinary was Kim’s attention to detail in all questions forwarded to her in text and/or person. Kim is very knowledgeable about all outdoor activities in the area and a pleasure to be around. Fireside will be our destination of choice on future visits to the area. dick butler

Kim was wonderful from the word go. I reached out for what I wanted and she matched me to what she had available. Hospitality was right on the money. Perfect get away if your looking for peace and quiet but options for outdoor activities

Fireside outpost is absolutely wonderful. So NICE! clean, peaceful and just plain relaxing. Lots of hiking and biking in the area, fishing, swimming all of it. Her cabins are awesome! very well kept and super cute and cozy. A fire pit for each cabin and camp site. I love this place and would completely recommend!
