This home offers great sleeping flexibility with bedrooms on each level providing privacy for extended families or groups of friends traveling together. On the main level, you’ll find the kitchen, dining space, the living room and access to the screened-in porch. The screened-in porch is one of the highlights of this property with an outdoor dining table, rocking chairs, a porch swing, a TV and a grill. Also on the main level is the master bedroom which has a queen size bed with an en-suite bathroom. The guest room on this level also has a queen size bed. On this floor there is a full hall bathroom equipped with a shower and tub as well as a laundry closet.
The lower level has an open space with a TV, sitting area, pool table, game table and half bath. Feel free to move about the space for easy access. A bedroom on this level is equipped with a queen size bed as well as a bunk bed. This bedroom has a full bath and an oversized closet. The study, located on the lower level, has a desk perfect for remote working, as well as a queen size bed. Sliding glass doors lead to a ground level patio, a hot tub and the backyard.
Non-working fireplace – please note that the fireplace is non-functional and purely for aesthetics.
Televisions – please note that the property has 5 TVs that have either Roku or Amazon systems (no cable).
