This was our first airbnb stay. Luanne was responsive and unit was just as described. Unit had almost all that we needed for our 3 night stay. My husband mentioned more than once that a couple of chairs for sitting would be a good addition. There were dishwasher gel tabs but no laundry detergent in the unit. Not a big deal since Mariano’s is so close but wouldn’t have needed to wash except enough towels and cloths for only one night stay. Upon leaving, we were unclear where to place garbage. Fortunately, we ran into a tennant and she told us there was a garbage chute on the floor. I would highly recommend Luanne as a host and this unit. Extremely clean, convenient, and well maintained. Thank you, Luanne for a great first Airbnb experience.

Luanne was very responsive with any communication, as well as kind and courteous. The best things and probably the most important about the apartment: *comfortable bed *clean *good shower pressure *easy check in/out * great location to stores, restaurants, the L, etc *pretty quiet, even for being on a busy street Less important, but of note: *the shower curtain is above the edge of the tub—this has been mentioned in several times other reviews and a tension rod would easily fix the problem *could have used more than two towels for 2 people for 5 days, especially with floor getting soaked *no soap for the washing machine that I could find *lack of dishes i.e. one wine glass and one cereal bowl- therefore we had to take turns eating our breakfast (probably my biggest issue) *didn’t bring our Netflix log in, as we didn’t know we needed it (perhaps I overlooked the detail on that) *shades are not room darkening at all Overall a great stay, these are just things I’d want to know!

I recently stayed and it was fantastic! The host was incredibly welcoming, the accommodations were beautifully designed and relaxing, and their hospitality was exceptional. Highly recommend for a rejuvenating getaway.

Looks exactly like the photos. So much to do around the apartment and only a 7 min drive from downtown, which I was excited about. Very safe and secure apartment. The only problem we had was finding a parking spot because it is very limited and the shower curtain is way too short so the floor would get soaked. There is also only one big towel, so I would pack an extra unless you plan on doing laundry. Overall, the place is a great spot to stay for a few nights, would recommend.
