The place is cold at winter due to windows not shutting properly. They had made construction work or fix a problem in other apartment in the middle of the night 2 or 3 am and also in the morning around 7 am which happened often with loud noises. The owner didn’t reply my question and wasn’t asking how I was on any point and to go there I had to find an Egyptian who could speaking with him as he didn’t understand English and on times I was locked outside the building without a key from a doorman which is very unprofessional, I got a key later on though. There was another person there who also rent out apartments he was more helpful and was caring for the guest. The apartment was good except that you can easily hear neighbours and while the window doesn’t shut otherwise it was a good apartment with good washing machine and good supplies and good view and space.

I’d like to start by saying Moutaz and his manager Hanna were very helpful and communicative. Any issues I had were quickly dealt with. However, the issues we had while staying were with the building, not the apartment itself. It’s also important to note we were there during a busy holiday and all systems were pushed to the max. While the apartment was very nice, the elevator in the building stopped working and we were forced to descend and climb 11 flights of stairs each time we left. While this place would be lovely in the winter, it’s just too hot in the summer without AC. There was no water 2/3 of the day (every day) and we lost electricity twice. My last day there was a hurried knock on my door as maintenance men were searching for a gas leak. All appliances in the apartment are electric, so I had no concern, but clearly the building needs to be maintained better. These are all building issues but really made our vacation very difficult.

البيت جيد ونظيف مقارنة بالبيوت الاخرى ، قريب من البحر ، القائمون عليه طيبين ومتعاونين ، المطبخ يحتاج ادوات اكثر ولكن جيد ليس بالسيء مقارنة مع السعر، اخيراً اقول مناسب لعائلة مؤلفة من ستة افراد والاسواق ليست بالبعيدة والمواصلات متوفرة . شكرا لكم جميعاً
