Katie's home was really nice and spacious. It was close to many restaurants and shopping areas. The house was very clean and beds were comfortable. The bathrooms could use some updating but they were nice and clean. The kitchen had nice appliances and plenty of dishes, silverware, and pots/pans for use. The owner provided some K cups for coffee but there wasn't any cream or sugar which would have been nice since we arrived late at night. We requested a later checkout due to our flight departure and Katie accommodated our request which we very much appreciated. I would definitely recommend Katie's home.

1) Nice quiet neighborhood and we felt safe; The outside curb appeal is dull and needs painting and the drive way needs re-paving. 2) The home has beautiful hardwood floors and very spacious. Overall good bones but need some updating. One bathroom was extremely worn and needs to be renovated. 3) The kitchen is too busy with too many kitchen items which made it difficult to cook at times. 4) The TVs are not user friendly and recommend including fire sticks at a minimum for ease of use.

Great place to stay! Very clean and comfortable. Katie was very accommodating and super responsive to any questions we had. It had everything we needed for our four day stay. The beds were also super comfy.

Compared to other airbnbs they could have done a little bit more to make the stay better. Like provide tablets for dishwasher or other cleaning supplies. Was a little pricey for the Airbnb having not much supplies and the igniter on the grill is broken had to light it with lighter. TVs were not the best quality, the tv in spare bedroom didn’t have any channels to watch or apps but other than that is was peaceful relaxing stay.
