Tim and Caroline couldn’t have been better hosts. They were so warm, accommodating, and immediately made us feel at home. The annex is a perfect getaway in the heart of the countryside. It’s absolutely beautiful, really well appointed and with such a comfortable bed. The on-site parking opportunity make the stay even more convenient for people travelling around the county. They have clearly thought about anything we could possibly need during our stay. Finding a good variety of breakfast essentials was a nice touch! I couldn’t recommend this place more and, since I travel quite often and plan more visits to Yorkshire, I won’t hesitate to get in touch again to check availability. Thank you!

Had a lovely night away at Tim's place. Absolutely lovely space, very peaceful with beautiful surroundings. Definitely felt right at home and Tim is a top host!!

Everything we needed and more! We loved our stay here
