Our trip started off with the listing not being ready at the check in time of 4pm. There were still water bottles all over the house, dirty towels on the floor, and all bedding and pillows were tossed on the floor. This was alarming as we had just had a long drive and were ready to relax. Instead, we had to leave the condo while they located the cleaning person. We didn't get to official check in til 7pm when the place was cleaned. That was very inconvenient honestly. However, we still enjoyed our stay. It was a beautiful view and right on the beach. It was close to everything but still out of the way of the crowds. The condo had everything we needed to cook our meals. It had an umbrella for the beach so we didn't have to purchase from the guys on the beach. We got to enjoy the gym which included a nice sauna. Overall, my family loved the property, the pool was heated and open 24/7 it seemed.

My review is in 2 parts: the condo itself and the rental company. Condo: Excellent! From views to property it self is A+! Yes, some updates can be done but nothing which will take any points away! Rental company: Souther Vacation rentels, you need to understand that I am booking this place from AirB&B. I did not agree with you at any point to receive so many emails from you! You need to send me all the information here on AirB&B. WHen it is time to check in you need to send that to me here not in my emails. I should not be going to various places to find out how I am going to spend my 4 days of vacation! Process is simple, this is where I booked you from this is where you communicate anything with me! Last thing I want from you is a text message asking me during my vacation "tell us how we are doing"!! Put marketing department out of this!!! Also, who gives checkout at 9? THAT ALSO FIRM! This was the first time! I asked to the agent also in the message that if we can checkout at 10 an that I have never seen any checkouts before 11 to be honest! But the replay was that it is FIRM!! I MEAN PLEASE GET CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE RIGHT!! For you my rating is 0!!
