Lucas’s house is truly a little gem, with loads of good vibes all around. A great location, close to so many great parts of the Berkshires. Perfectly spotless, so easy to use and find everything. So light and bright during the day, with good darkening blinds in the windows to allow for late sleepers. A well stocked kitchen with everything you might need to make meals, with a full coffee/tea bar. The massive fireplace is the center of the home, making the whole place feel fully cozy. Beds and pillows are mega comfortable. Fluffy clean towels too! The only thing we wish was better was the water pressure in the showers, they are both very low pressure. Also, house is a bit smaller than we expected, but it was so beautifully laid out and so comfortable, size didn’t really matter. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely come back.

This was our second stay at this property, the first time that we enjoyed what winter has to offer in the region. Lucas is a great Host and goes out of his way to communicate details in a timely manner. The house is gorgeous - beautiful views, thoughtfully decorated and cozy. The fireplace is stunning and was a beautiful way to end a day out in the cold. Would highly recommend this property in the summer and winter months. We look forward to testing out Spring and Fall hopefully soon!

This is our second year in a row staying at this wonderful home. We had our kids and grandkids and dogs all together and the 3 minute drive to Catamount was a plus. There are great restaurants, breweries within 10 minutes. We hope to make this a regular winter weekend.

Beautiful house right next to Catamount-unbeatable location to the mountain. The fireplace is gorgeous. The house is pristine. Family friendly. Would love to come back!

A very nice place. Warm and cozy. You don’t need to worry about anything. Love it.
