We spent 2 weeks at this property so we could get familiarized with the area and look at the housing markets in both Reno and Sparks. The house is cozy and comfortable, very similar to the style of house we live in. For 2 people, it was perfect, lots of room to spread out. We used every inch of the property including the front porch and back patio, which was especially nice on sunny days. The neighborhood is pedestrian and bike friendly and safe (I felt safe everywhere I went) and the neighbors were sociable. A great introduction to Reno and the surrounding areas. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay at Kelly's place. The home itself was super cute and cozy, the rooms and spaces were great and the kitchen was awesome. It was just me and my hubby but there are two full bedrooms and baths plus a den so definitely tons of space if you're traveling with more people. The yard was great for the dogs and the neighborhood was fantastic. It was nice and quiet but you are only 2 blocks from the river walk path, we enjoyed taking the dogs for a walk every morning along the river and stopping by Hub Coffee that was right down the block too. You can easily walk to all the other restaurants and bars nearby. Great home, super nice host and great location - highly recommend if you're ever in the Reno area!
