Camping at hotel prices We were excited to stay in an RV! Check-in was fine; we wanted to learn the area, using the wi-fi instructions from check-in email. But when we got in, the counter-top book told us there was in fact NO wi-fi or cell at all. We learned we could not flush our soiled toilet paper, which eventually smelled up the entire place. Sighing, we got into bed only to learn that there was NO top sheet. So we put a questionably clean quilt on top of bodies while a huge crevasse lay in the mattress below. Other surprises: Heater that shut off, resulting in a 45 degree room Dogs barking throughout night Water restrictions Additional missing amenities for a place at this price point: Shampoo, conditioner, body soap Dish brush or sponge Spatula Stove instructions Working umbrella We eventually msgd host who said we should have used space heaters (not mentioned in instructions). My husband says that is a fire hazard in a small space. With attention this place could improve

My kids had a wonderful time and the getting outside of the city was exactly what we needed. Ashley’s place was not a far drive at all and it was a great place to take the kids for a reset. Thanks again for being a great communicator and for your hospitality. We’ll be back!

This is a lovely unit - very comfortable for our family of four! The trailer is within eye distance of the house so good to not expect a spot to yourselves. A lovely stay overall.
