Entire house full of comfort and convenience just minutes from Clemson Memorial Stadium. Close to some of the best that South Carolina’s beautiful upcountry has to offer. Professionally cleaned for your safety and peace of mind. You will be sure to have everything you need for your Clemson visit. Enjoy coffee on the back deck or covered patio below. Three bedrooms. Each of the three bedrooms have queen size beds. All mattresses purchased new in November 2022. Spacious living area with smart TV and free Wifi. Kitchen and dining fully equipped for all your cooking needs. First floor (Main Level): Front Door, Kitchen, Dining Room, Living Room, Deck, Bathroom Upper Level: Master bedroom with Queen size bed, full bath (bathtub) 2nd bedroom with Queen size bed and door to Jack&Jill full bath (bathtub) 3rd bedroom with Queen size bed and door to Jack&Jill full bath (bathtub) Lower Level: Family room, Laundry room, Patio, and garage (No access to garage) This hose is not wheelchair accessible and there are three levels of stairs. Pets: Pet owners are responsible for their pets at all times. Pets are not permitted on the beds. Pet owner is responsible to clean up after pets and are not permitted to leave pets unattended for any unreasonable amount of time.

Had a great visit to Clemson to celebrate my Daughter in Law graduating with her PhD. Steve’s place was perfect for us to rest between the festivities of 2 busy days. Thanks, Steve!
Very convenient and well equipped. Close to the locations that were of interest. Had pets and they appreciated the fenced in yard. Overall a great experience.
Would love to stay here again
We went up for the spring game. Arrived on a Thursday check in was a breeze. The owner had snacks waiting on us the house was at a cozy temperature . No problems with the neighbors. Very peacful and great neighborhood. Mr. Steve was very on top of things and VERY easy to get in touch woth. The house was very clean and pretty. My kids LOVED the basement with all the yoga mats and my daughter loved the desk downstairs she played school with our free time there. Everything we needed was located extremely close (within minutes to everything). This was a beautiful location amazing house. The fire pit and the grill were awesome since we are very much a out doors family. I had the best time. We will be back to stay 100%. The Coopers
Location was perfect for us and neighborhood was peaceful and friendly. Backyard was very large. Home appeared new, clean, and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Located in quiet neighborhood (Heatherwood) offering tons of privacy and conveniently close to many attractions!
Please note there are all kinds of stores, restaurants, shopping, etc along rt 123 as you head through Easley (about 16 miles).

• Ingles Markets and Gas Express (Grocery Store and gasoline) 0.3 miles
There is a very close back entrance if you go to the end of Heather Dr
and make a left onto Issaqueena Trail and then an immediate right
(400ft) into the back driveway of Ingles Market. If our Ingles discount
card is still in the drawer to the right of the refrigerator you are welcome
to use it. Please put it back in the drawer when done.
• Walmart Neighborhood Market- 1.2 miles (I think it is a grocery store
only)
• El Jimador Viejo II – 0.4 miles – Haven’t tried yet but has good reviews.
• Tigers Pizza and Subs – 1.3 miles – Was OK, nice locally owned place
• Sardi's Den - 1.9 miles – Heard it was good but we have not tried yet
• Rails 133 - 2.0 miles – We ate outside on the deck and it was good
• Calhoun Corners Restaurant - 4.0 miles - Heard it was good but we have
not tried yet
• Vaqueros Mexican Restaurant - 4.5 miles - Heard it was good but we
have not tried yet
• Blue Heron Restaurant & Sushi Bar - 4.6 miles - Heard it was good but we
have not tried yet. You probably need a reservation.
• 1826 Bistro - 4.6 miles - Heard it was good but we have not tried yet
• Swamp fox distillery - 4.6 miles - Heard it was good but we have not tried
