Ketut and his family provided an excellent staying during one month I stayed at Timbis Homestay. Great location as it’s equally close to Nusa Dua beaches, Green Bowl beach and very close to Gunung Payung Beach and also a quick scooter ride to restaurants in Uluwatu and Nusa Dua. The garden just feels very good, with the pleasures of green and colorful flowers and butterflies dancing. The pool is a great choice for alternating with a beach day. The shared kitchen has all facilities need for cooking. The Wi-Fi internet worked like a charm during my long stay. Also cleaning service has been provided during my entire long stay with fresh towels and sheets with a good frequency. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Felt like home and I hope to be back soon.

The accommodation is a really wonderful place. It feels like home, the stuff is really courteous, nice and gives the best to procure an amazing feeling of the stay. You can eat tasty breakfast for a good price, buy drinks directly in the accommodation… The look is also beautiful, it’s a small paradise in the midst of a small town. Everywhere are pretty beaches, where you can relax, snorkel and enjoy your holidays. Thank you for the wonderful time

We stayed at Ketut’s place after we stayed in Uluwatu for a few days. We went to Ketut so we could explore the east side of the peninsula. Unfortunately we found that there is not very much to do in these parts and if you want to visit Uluwatu you should find something closer. The western coast is filled with big resorts and because everything happens here behind closed doors the environment is a bit dull. Timbis homestay is an oasis compared to the dry surroundings. The garden is very beautiful. When we arrived at out room we found some bugs in the bed. We reported this to Ketut and we were given another room instantly which was cleaner and bug-free. Ketut is a very nice guy and is definitely willing to help you.
