Mrs Tria really helpfull and friendly. While we suddenly had to check-in in the middle of the night, she welcoming us with big smile and all the usefull information. She also helped us to find and buy medicine. It already in the house when we arrived. Will be back for sure for next holiday in Banyuwangi

I will start by saying that the place is exactly as advertised with all the listed amenities. I did not notice that towels were not included. However, being someone from a suburban area in the USA, I did not feel comfortable here. This is purely a personal issue, but I would want others to know. There were no traditional door locks. The bathrooms are separate from the living space and shared with others. There are ventilation holes in the walls, and we ended up with 4 birds in the living area. The place felt old and dirty. The road noise made sleeping difficult and that was made worse by the two competing mosques. As a family with a young kid I would not recommend staying here.
