Having spent a month at Andy's residence, I can happily recommend the place for various reasons. Its fantastic location, just a few minutes' walk from the ocean, gym, and a plethora of stores and restaurants, makes it highly convenient. Communication and the check-in process with Andy were exceptionally smooth. (Andy is fluent in English.) Additionally, the monthly stay included a weekly maid service, ensuring the place remained exceptionally clean. Staying here was a delightful experience, and I want to express my gratitude to the host!

Very nice spacious apartment, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay - kitchen, refrigerator, hot shower, air conditioning. Quite a quiet street and close to the beach. There are extra payments for electricity and water, you will be informed additionally. But the apartment needs general cleaning and minor repairs, also disinfection, since ants live in the kitchen and they travel throughout the entire area, you can find them in the bed. It would also be nice to add a drying rail for clothes and towels, since there is nowhere to leave wet things after rain. The owners are nice people, they will help you solve all your questions if necessary.

I stayed at the place for one night. Overall it was alright. The room was spacious and had a kitchen for whoever wanted to cook. There is also a balcony and in the morning the sun would go through the window which I found very nice. The staff was friendly. The place wasn't perfectly clean thou.
