This place was a great hidden gem. Clean, safe and secure, easy to navigate, had my privacy, and felt right at home. Lots of restaurants and little shops down the street. If I am ever in the Daytona area again I will definitely stay here ! Thanks for a great stay.

This was my first visit to DeLand, and the unit is in a very good location to explore the charming town and close to Stetson University, where I was working. It was exactly what a needed for my stay. Spotlessly clean, quiet and comfortable, one of my favorite things was the excellent coffee service that came with the room. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent experience. This place is perfectly positioned between Stetson and downtown DeLand. The space was clean, comfortable, safe, and had everything I needed and more. Great place, great host, and a great deal!

We stayed here after a show at the Athens Theatre. It is walking distance to everything in downtown DeLand. The space was unbelievably clean and comfortable. The bed was huge and comfy and the giant TV with Netflix was great after a busy day. There was coffee in our room that was roasted on site and the unique little brewing system was fun to figure out and a delicious way to start our day. It was even better when we found out the meaning of Breyting and what cool causes they are all about. This will definitely be our place to stay any time we head back to DeLand!
