Thank you for your interest in renting our Chalets and cabins. Check-In is from 3:00 P.M. to 10:00 P.M. If your arrival is after regular hours please let me know. You may also leave your luggage at reception if you arrive earlier and want to go into town. Please verify the number of guests written on your reservation, if accompanied by more than stated in confirmation this will have an extra charge but also extra guests admittance will be subject to availability due to maximum capacity of room (This includes minors). Pets are not allowed. We understand the importance of service pets but our rooms advertised here on airbnb are not adaptable to this need. We are a hotel of Chalets and cabins, items like cushions, rugs and sheets can only be cleaned professionally when they come in contact with pets, the hotel eventually pays for that cleaning service. Also closes the property for 48 hours after a guest checks out until is cleaned throughly. We have to do that because otherwise it will be a direct health risk to other guests that are allergic. We have had health problems with previous guests in the past because of this. It is the only reason why we implement this. If you do have a service pet please look for other options that can accomodate this important need for you. Penalty for loss of key is $ 500 Mexican Pesos or $ 25 US dollars (Door knob has to be replaced). Damaged items in room like cups, plates towels, etc., will have to be paid for, prices may vary. There is no need to clean the room when you check out for the exeption of the dishes. You may leave them unwashed by paying $10 US dollars or $200 MXP at reception. In order to guarantee the respect of the rest of the guests and hotel staff, it is forbidden to hold celebrations or parties in the rooms, as well as playing loud musical instruments, in all rooms the acoustic volume must be moderate. Respecting also the nocturnal silence on the streets and in the garages between the hours of 10pm and 8am. Smoking is prohibited in rooms except for outdoor areas. Use of any type of illegal drugs within the property is prohibited. Our hotel is family oriented, visits such as escort service are prohibited. Thank you for your understanding.
