Family and I had a great time. Place is in a perfect location. Not too far from lots to do and still get privacy. Kevin was a great host and very kind. Would recommend staying with him if in the area.

The nicest host I have stayed with through Airbnb! Extremely responsive and super helpful. The place looked just like the photos and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend staying with them.

I’ve owned several RV’s in the past so I knew what to expect and how to use all the amenities so I did not have any communication with the host. The host lives onsite and assured me if I needed anything to let him know. If you’re not familiar with the area I would suggest arriving during the daylight as it might be hard to find the first time in the dark. The Wi-Fi is available but was weak while I was there but so was my Verizon service. I really enjoyed my stay and it was an incredible value for my visit to see my daughter at UARK even on a game weekend. Just because it’s a trailer don’t think the HVAC isn’t great because it works perfect. There is a nice size fridge for drinks and snacks as well. All in all, it was a perfect place for my stay.
