We had a great stay in Carmiñas place. She was a wonderful host and gave us lots of tips on how to stay safe. The place was perfect. The shower is tricky but is nice and hot once you get it working.

Great value for the location! Comfortable stay with plenty of room for 2 people. Be gentle when turning on the knob for shower if you want hot water. I didn’t realize how sensitive it was until our second day. But the host was very helpful for any questions or needs. She also helped us with a late flight by keeping our bags at the place all day. We are so grateful! Carmiña is super friendly. I would recommend staying here while in Quito!

Fantástica estancia en el apartamento de Carmiña. Tiene de todo para pasar ahí un tiempo largo, la cocina está totalmente equipada con batidora, sartenes, aceite, sal, microondas, frigorífico, etcétera. El baño es pequeño pero completo. Con agua caliente aunque la presión no es muy alta. También tiene wi-fi y aunque funcionó bien la mayoría del tiempo hubo un día que se caía bastante y complicó nuestro trabajo. Por último el apartamento es frío ya que no le da mucho el sol y no hay calefacción pero la cama está bien equipada y no pasas frío de noche durmiendo. En resumen un muy buen sitio para quedarse, cercano al metro a 5 minutos, también al centro y con todas las comodidades para larga estancia. Carmiña es excelente, responde enseguida y siempre está atenta todo un plus para cuando llegas a un nuevo lugar.

We had a great stay at Carmina’s place. It was close to the center (walking distance). The apartment is a good choice for short stay.
