The place was very beautiful. Most stuff worked. Shannae was very responsive when I had questions about things. Plenty of room around the house. However, it was a tad bit dirty from whoever was there last. With popcorn in the theater, and there being dirt on a table. There was a few other things, but this place was worth the money! The pool was excellent, and the theater was fun! I would book here again :)

Hi, I had the pleasure of meeting Shannae on the Friday I checked in. She had the house clean and ready for my group that weekend. I could tell immediately that Shannae was a pro and was easy to talk to. I would happily rent from her again the next time I’m in St. Cloud. Thank you, Sander

Our family enjoyed this beautiful home. The surroundings are gorgeous. The house is amazing. The host is communicative. I can’t wait to return. Our family create some wonderful memories here!

Would’ve been happy to give five stars across-the-board…because the two houses and the property overall are extremely spacious and extremely nice. Although it appears to be lacking some upkeep, it’s still a very nice place. Such a gorgeous main light in the atrium not working, as well as several bathroom lights and fans. We were a little underwhelmed by the amount of supplies that the house was stocked with considering that we booked the place for five days. Two of the main attractions were non-functioning. The hot tub and the movie room were both unable to be used… Even though it’s listed that the hot tub is out-of-order…..three months ago, when I booked it, she claimed it was scheduled to be looked at. Not sure. The movie room on the other hand only works off Internet, which is fairly intermittent. Really nice movie room, it sure would be helpful to have a DVD player or something that doesn’t rely on poor Internet to be used.

We arrived and were happy until we noticed a strong smell (sewer) in downstairs bathroom. It was late so we went to bed and would message in morning. Coffee maker was gross and left dirty from previous people. We were celebrating our family Christmas and by 9:30am the power went out. My husband walked out to the workers outside and they said the power bill hadn’t been paid so they turned off the power. The house was also on a well so we had no water or plumbing. Shannea was responsive and very fair. She offered a full reimbursement. We had to find a new Airbnb. We had to pack up and drive another hour to unpack and finally enjoy our short weekend. It seemed like Shannea was having trouble contacting the owners. I don’t blame her-she even shipped our family stockings to our home after I forgot them in the move. The property was nice but the many plug ins throughout the property made me feel like other odors were being masked. The downstairs bathroom was never dealt w/during our stay.
