Safe Mobil home in clean, gated 55+ community. Host was responsive to any concerns. I’m more of a Hilton type, ha, but this place was 5 star. Cost effective way to stay 25 miles east of Tampa.

It's in a beautiful spot on a pond with a large rookery of waterbirds (I'm a birder), with a nice screened-in patio facing the pond. Everything was very clean and the furniture was in great condition. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. Jennie messaged me to make sure I got in ok and was very responsive the couple of times I messaged. Overall, a very nice place to stay.

Jennie's place was very nice and cozy , definitely made me and my family feel at home . It was such a piece of mind being able to stay in a space that accommodated my family as well . Everything was just as described by the host & exactly what we needed for a nice and relaxing stay . We will definitely be coming back to stay again soon , Such nice and warming people and the host was amazing and helped us for our every need !
