Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This stunning waterfront house is situated in one of the best Seagate harbor spots, providing easy access, panoramic views, and beautiful sunsets. This house has two bedrooms, one bath, a full kitchen, a laundry room, and great living and dining areas, with a TV in each bedroom and living room for entertaining. The pool area and a private dock have an incredible view, and all the amenities make your stay the best. A 1/4 mile view up the canal length that takes you to the St Lucie River. Shopping is just up the road. You will have access to a riverfront park and a private boat ramp. Ocean access is only minutes away to downtown Stuart by boat or car. Public dockage in Stuart gives you access to eclectic shops and restaurants and free concerts every Sunday!

We absolutely loved our stay at Sunset Landing! Beautiful view and lovey neighborhood. House was extremely clean and we felt right at home.
Perfect stay for our family. Place was spotless and we really appreciated the thoughtful touches including the holiday decorations. Being situated with a long-view of the water can’t be beaten while super convenient to everything in the area - beaches, parks, Stuart, etc. We hope to return for another stay soon!

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at Yuliana’s. She was the friendliest host! Very responsive. The house was extremely clean and comfortable. The pool and the view were our favorite! Highly recommend!
Classic Americana house. Built in the 1960s? Fully updated and tastefully decorated. Has a "family beach house" feel. I saw a dolphin while having breakfast and another time while sitting on the dock. The house is on a canal, has gorgeous pool, is in Palm City, and is near downtown Stuart. Nice spot with a good vibe, highly recommended, thumbs up.
