Amelia’s house and property was amazing and bucolic. The house was beautifully appointed, with lots of thoughtful touches. Amelia was a joy to interact with, and spoiled us with extra goodies and a flexible checkout when we were having car trouble. She really goes the extra mile to make her guests feel relaxed and welcome. I would enthusiastically recommend her property to anyone visiting Lancaster County!

This home and property was beautiful and a great escape from our hectic lives in the city. Amelia was a fantastic host and has thought of every detail from the linens to the coffee options to the heated toilet seats! The breakfast she prepared one of the mornings was absolutely delicious. Amelia was incredibly responsive before and during our stay. If you’re visiting Lancaster County, we highly recommended staying here. It exceeded our expectations!

We had a lovely stay over Christmas at The Tannery! The MOST comfortable beds EVER! No detail was spared, super clean, beautiful decor, felt at home, very comfortable! Amelia was quick to respond to all of our questions. I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking to stay in the Lancaster area.

We chose Amelia’s place as a quick get away with family; we were hoping to rest and recharge. Amelia’s hospitality was a welcomed surprise; rest and renewal were waiting for us. We were treated to a delicious breakfast, prepared by Amelia, on a day of our choosing. Upon our arrival we were welcomed by a fire, homemade sourdough bread, caramels and a bottle of wine. The linens are all Cozy Earth and add to the unending charm of this lovely retreat space. The decor is stunning and adds to the comfort and charm of this beautiful home. There is a comfortable place to relax in the breakfast/fireplace room as well as the living room. This home is conveniently located near many Lancaster attractions and Amelia was always available to answer questions. I highly recommend staying here for any reason, you will not be disappointed. We plan to return again and again. Thank you Amelia, your hospitality is refreshing and unmatched!
