Our experience at this place was delightful, with a charming and cozy atmosphere that immersed us in nature's beauty. The picturesque surroundings captured the essence of provincial life, surpassing our expectations. The host's brother provided exceptional support throughout our stay,promptly addressing our every request and concern. We were even treated to complimentary buko. However, we did encounter a minor inconvenience when trying to locate the place. This was primarily due to relying on a rented tricycle and taking a longer route. It's worth noting that having your own car would be advantageous, especially if you plan to explore Baler, as the location is somewhat distant. As avid travelers, this experience added to our lists of extraordinary adventures. However, we believe there is still room for improvement to enhance the overall experience for longer stays.

This place is surreal! Perfect place to disconnect, completely remote and peaceful. Scenic mountain view you can see from anypart of the house, pool with fresh mountain water, wonderful place to relax in. There is a walkable path of shrubs that you can explore. You can hear calm wildlife day and night, early morning birds visit the front porch/pool (you are in for a surprise). At night majestic fireflies appears on the pitch dark field, like a personal light show. Very calm, peaceful, zen. We were glad we visited this place. The place would fit around 4 to 5 guest. Vehicle that can traverse unpaved road is recommend, this also allows you to explore the riverbed path to town. Also an experience in itself. The mountain and river road path to this place adds to the overall experience, scenic, nature, soulful. The host is very accomodating, friendly and provides great recmmendations on places to visit in Aurora. If in the area, I suggest to have a chat, she has great stories to share.

We had quite an experience at Lenny’s place — waking up to the view of the mountain, the sound of birds and the swaying coconut trees. The stone hut’s craftsmanship was exceptional and it felt like there was so much life inside, especially from the riverbed. The highlight of our trip was surfing at nearby baler and experiencing the waterfalls with Lenny and Jam. Thank you for a wonderful time. PS. Lenny is also an amazing cook, we loved her vegan burger.

It's a little further out of town, but totally worth it for the peace and tranquillity. I loved the plunge pool and how private it feels. Everything is off grid which makes it even more amazing. I only stayed for one night but I would definitely return if I am in the area again.
