Perfect location! Access to beach is steps from pool. Pool and yard well maintained. Twice a week house cleaned very well. No car needed, quick walk to grocery, restaurants and all Cabarete has to offer! Wonderful place to stay! Ute is totally helpful and always available. Joseph and Judy are very good at their jobs plus friendly and fun! Ute made contact with taxi for pick-up & drop-off at airport, POP. No complaints from us, just a delightful stay!

The house was as advertised with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The backyard was gorgeous. Beach access was easy and private. Ute is a great host. When we had a problem she responded right away. We did not expect it, but someone came to clean the house and pool area twice. I definitely would rent from Ute again.

Ute was very helpful and made her stay comfortable and memorable. She was very responsive and helped us with anything that we need it. We hope to stay here again.
