非常棒的房子，在洛杉矶的西边，离环球影城只有15分钟的距离，房间非常宽敞明亮，很适合我们一家3口居住，而且房东准备了丰富的小吃，酒水，还有一整袋咖啡粉，真的让我们受宠若惊，第一次遇见这么nice的房东，哈哈 非常推荐大家来住~

john的房子真的很棒！屋子里干净物品也一应俱全，位置在日落大道周围，租车前来游玩还是很便利的！住的舒服，有家的感觉！很感谢john！

Thank you John for this incredibly lovely time at your beautiful place! When I was reading the reviews before booking, I thought it is impossible to receive a full five star review when you already hosted over 120 guests but John and his amazing place proof that it is possible. I spent six month in Silverlake on top of the hill, overlooking downtown to the South West and the beautiful garden and the Griffith Observatory to the North East. It is a calm and peaceful place and great to get a rest from the vibrant city. John was always there if we had questions or wishes. He is a generous, friendly and amazing host. My husband and I enjoyed to walk around in the beautiful neighborhood for uncountable hours and to enjoy the stunning modernist architecture. There are gems like the Neutra House, which one can visit on Saturdays. I can fully recommend the place.

An incredible place to live. I stayed here for two and a half months for a gig in the city and it was a true gift to have a spacious, quiet apartment to come home to. The apartment feels like both a luxurious gateway and a home away from home. John clearly loves to host and was very reachable, responsive, and kind to all of my questions - a host who goes above and beyond. The balconies at the front and back of the apartment were ideal for watching both the sunrise and the sunset with beautiful views. Comfortable beds, good water pressure in the shower, nice bathtub, big kitchen, etc. It’s also extremely close to Sunset Boulevard with delicious restaurants, farmers markets, and shops. Very close to the bus if needed. The only thing I would say is to double check the expiration dates on pantry / cleaning items left from past guests, but that is a non-concern compared to how wonderful everything else was. I hope to be lucky enough to stay here again in the future! Thank you, John!

Super convenient location, within walking distance of great coffee, food, and bars. Absolutely stunning view of LA, especially at night. Great place for two people working remotely, with separate work areas, great facilities, and a lovely, easy to get along with host. A+
