The Scola family propose 'Residence Diffuso' which means structures spread out in different parts of the locality, offering a good holiday,as well as allowing you to live as a local, in villages near historical centres and in particular within the local artistic culture.
The 'Residence Diffuso' was born to offer this open atmosphere, but living like the locals, even though temporarily, places which help you to enjoy life. The accommodation of 'Residence Diffuso' villas and 'Arcobaleno Apartments' and real houses, not built for tourism, and all the other services offered, the same as you would find in hotels, given by professionals, as well as a bit of the local touch.
The 'Residence Diffuso' Arcobaleno s.a.s. is situated in the historical centre of Gabicce.
The accommodation is situated centrally, near the sea, local shops (supermarkets, grocers, chemists, newsagents, etc.) and within the pedestrian area; full of light, beautiful, fluid and versatile use of space. Offering a more complete service the 'Arcobaleno Villas and Apartments' offer a different All-inclusive service such as accommodation with bed-linen, beach service (umbrellas and sun-beds) and beauty centre.

Stay formulas
Formula apartment (the more traditional service) which includes: apartment / villa, water, electricity, gas, one parking space and final cleaning.
Formula Residence (the most complete service All-Inclusive) which includes: apartment / villa, Water, electricity, gas, an umbrella and two chairs at the sea, air conditioning, a parking space, final cleaning, towels (2 times a week), sheets (once a week).

Gabicce Mare is to be found in an enchanting position, by the sea but near the hills, with really splendid views. It is famous for its headland ( Natural Park of Mt. San Bartolo) looking over the sea and the long beach, also with the hospitality of the local people and near to the Romagna Riviera which makes your holiday fun, being near the numerous discos and clubs, not forgetting the fun parks and theme parks such as Mirabilandia, Acquafun, Oltremare, Italia in Minatura and the Aquarium of Cattolica "Le Navi".
The surroundings, just a few kilometres nearby, you can find historical centres, castles of mediaeval times, places full of history and culture for a really complete holiday. Gradara with its mediaeval castle and center, Urbino with its splendid Palazzo Ducale, the Republic of San Marino, the Rock of San Leo, Pesaro with its Liberty architecture are just some of the places to visit from Gabicce Mare and can be reached in little time.
