The listing does not match the house. We booked this property on the basis of the advertised '5 bedrooms, 5 beds,' as we had a group of employees travelling for a work trip (initially 4, with a 5th person later). The house has 3 actual bedrooms. There is also a bed in a room in the basement, but the room has no door and is next to laundry room/furnace system, so not very quiet. The '5th bedroom' is a fold-out futon in a living room/common area. The host was unwilling to provide a partial refund on the basis of the discrepancy.

Very nice home, hot tub was great. The only draw back was the pool was not useable on our weekend. Fawaz was very responsive. Would stay there again.
