A generous living room with an expansive deep-seated sectional West Elm sofa (with queen sleeper), 75" flat screen Samsung TV, electric fireplace, cozy reading nook, and sweeping views of downtown SLC, the Oquirrh Mountains, and the greater valley offers the perfect place to unwind after a day of skiing, exploring the city, or greater outdoors. A fully stocked open kitchen with dining table and seating for eight as well as a separate beverage fridge, stocked with Spindrift for your stay, provides a great communal space for preparing and sharing meals. The washer and dryer are located just off the kitchen. One of the bedrooms feature a desk and chair, perfect for a laptop and remote work. Outside, ample patio space with lounge and dining furniture as well as a wrap-a-around walkway with new railing offer additional views and extra space for entertaining in the warmer months. Our private hot-tub, with room for six to eight, can be accessed by following the wrap-around walkaway to the back of the building. Free, off-street parking is available for one to two cars. Guests enter the unit by walking up the stairs to the left of the parking spaces. Long term tenants live in the downstairs unit and Airbnb guests must be respectful of downstairs tenants.
