Apartment is spacious but very old and not in good condition. There is zero investment in renovation and few things need to be replaced. Some broken things when we arrived like shower and closet door. We didn’t have the key to use the elevator.

Das Apartment ist sehr gut erreichbar und bietet alles, was für einen Touri-Kurzaufenthalt in der Hauptstadt Wien benötigt wird. Ist kein Ritz und kein Zen Hotel, hat aber ein tolles eigenes Flair und man fühlt sich gleich als ein echter Bewohner dieser wundervollen, ehrwürdigen Stadt. Schaut euch nicht nur die üblichen Touriorte an - Brigittenau selbst hat auch eine bewegte Geschichte 😉

This Airbnb apartment ranks among the worst I've ever stayed in. Situated on the 3rd floor without an elevator (which we anticipated), it was old and poorly maintained. The sofa was filthy with noticeable stains, prompting us to cover it with our blankets before sitting. The ancient TV couldn't be plugged in due to the lack of nearby electric outlets (which made us question its purpose). The shower had a broken glass panel, and the heater didn't work, leaving us with cold water and temperatures. We reported these issues, and someone came to fix them the next day, but it took hours and we were for 3-day trip to Vienna. The floors were so creaky that any movement in one room resonated throughout the entire apartment. Btw, the thermal heater was leaking. These are just some of the reasons why I strongly discourage anyone from staying here. On the pros, it's next to a metro station, and the beds are “ok”. I'd rate it 1 star, but due to its low cost, I'll add an extra star.

Alles war perfekt
