This stay was perfect. Right down the street from downtown. The hosts were very responsive and helpful for local recommendations.

Un lugar seguro y muy limpio en todas sus áreas (habitaciones, baños, áreas verdes, y piscina) muy cerca del centro que incluso a pie se pudo acceder a tiendas de souvenirs y restaurantes. En resumen un 10 de 10 que de seguro recomendaré a mis amigos.

Enjoyed our time at Genoveva’s! The location is convenient as it’s about 20 mins walking from Renaissance Pier. The apartment looks like the pictures. Tho, I thought the pool was bigger based on the picture. Genoveva was extremely helpful, even prior to us finalizing our booking. She answered questions quickly and provided helpful suggestions/informations! And during our time there she checked in to see if we needed anything. She definitely helped make our experience a positive one!

The place is nice and I get why the listing say 4 people because the space is small and really no room to walk around in the second bedroom. Its a kitchenette. I would say this space maybe should be for 3 but hey we made it work and she was so kind to let us do 5 people because the beds in the second room are 2 queen size beds. The place is nice and beds very comfortable and nice and cool. Only downfall I would say is for the listing says 4 people, this place is only by one key and there were times where we wouldnt all leave and come back together and didint want to leave the balcony door open. Now the front gate is number code but you have to remember you stay in an apartment complex so I would suggest trying to see if you could get some type code for the balcony door so it to could be automatic. Also the apartment says second floor and we were on the first floor. Thats I why chose this place because I prefer to be on the second floor.
