We have voiced out to the host about the dysfunctional water heaters. Either you shower with ice cold water or super hot water. They kept saying it’s the water pressure. We think it needs to be replaced. If you have a place on a cold area, the heaters should be in pristine condition. The toilets don’t flush well on certain rooms. The bathroom omits foul smell. No wifi on the rooms just on the common area on the third deck. Towels provided are old and smelly. When we arrived, we were greeted by Ms. Marisol who directed us to the house. It is so inconvenient because after our long trip, we have a lot of luggages and we have to carry all of it through a tight alley with dog poops everywhere. Then I have to drive the van to a somewhat close by pay parking area and walk back. No washer/dryer unit and only one laundry service in the whole city that is always backed up. House needs renovation so bad. The only thing good about this place are the caretakers (Ms. Rose and Ms. Marisol).

Host was accommodating! We enjoyed our stay. Easy access to things around town. No parking! You will have to pay for parking nearby, but expect to carry all your luggage to and from the car, a few minutes away.
