令人惊叹的4卧室别墅，位于新安达卢西亚高尔夫山谷的中心地带。这座美妙的房源是新建的，家具达到了高标准，一定能满足和超越房客的期望。 别墅分为3层，设有4间卧室、电影房、酒窖、无缝室内和室外起居室、屋顶露台、顶级开放式厨房、燃气烧烤和私人游泳池。 房源距离3个海岸最好的高尔夫球场不到5分钟车程，步行即可抵达几家酒吧和餐厅、一家超市，距离世界著名的巴努斯港仅5分钟车程。 一楼包括客厅、厨房、带顶棚的外部用餐区、大露台、露台烧烤区和无边泳池。 客厅设有L型沙发，面向智能电视。开放式厨房配备顶级电器（ Miele ）和餐具，让那些希望在家烹饪和娱乐的房客成为梦想之地。 从厨房可直接进入用餐区露台，最多可容纳12位房客。 从客厅进入朝东的露台，配有休闲座椅，可俯瞰修剪整齐的花园和迷人的无边泳池。 楼下有1间客房，配备一张大双人床，并可使用带淋浴的套房卫生间。 别墅的葡萄酒窖和电影房也在这一层。配备舒适的座椅、大型平板电视和环绕音响系统，是您在阳光下玩耍一天后观看电影或电视节目的完美场所。 别墅的顶层为房客提供主卧室和另外2间客房。 客房面积相似，配有双人床和步入式衣柜。2间卧室共用带步入式淋浴间的卫生间。 主卧设有一张大双人床、步入式衣柜、带双水槽和步入式淋浴间的套房卫生间，以及面向东南的落地窗，让房间在自然光下沐浴。 楼上还有宽敞的屋顶露台，配有阳光躺椅、休闲座椅，以及东边标志性的拉康查山（ La Concha Mountain ）的最佳景观。 别墅非常适合家庭和明智的团体入住。不允许举办Stag/Hen和派对团体。

Great place to stay, perfect for our 2 families, in a great location. My only thing would be, it was quite dusty outside and in the doors, cleaning should have been more thorough
It’s was ok, but not worth the money paid for it House was in general really nice and spacious, but a few mis descriptions, or lack of clarity, (which I’ll provide below) Says it was a gas BBQ, it isn’t. Basics of salt, pepper, oil, cleaning products - none of this was there even though described in the advert - communications with host was very good and tried to accommodate as quickly as they could, but paying that sort of money, I’d expect it to be there on arrival The sun hits a small portion of the seating area and then disappears over the house at about midday, so don’t expect afternoon sun unless you’re on the roof terrace. Whilst on the subject of the roof, you get a view of a main road and a load of bins, so that’s not the best either. Garden is muddy and squelchy, some outside lights not working also About a 20 min walk to Puerto Banus which was fine. There was an fantastic butchers down the road which sold amazing meat & wine Def a 3 out of 5 star villa for the price
