Very clean home. Incredibly quiet, unless it rains. Lots of volume inside. Bedrooms were very comfortable. Great view of the lake from anywhere in the house. Perfect view of sunsets over the lake. Great room for watching movies at night. Kitchen was spacious and there were plenty of utensils and pots/pans. Dishwasher helped a lot. Fridge very clean. Huge wrap-around deck was great for eating and playing yahtzee. Brand new fire pit between house and lake was awesome. Smores! I brought firestarters and a propane torch to make it easy. There was a ton of split wood available nearby (hope that was for my use!). My two boys and I used it as a base for our fishing trip (rented pontoon from smokymountainh2osports). Dock was totally suitable for a boat, but note that in the winter the water level is much lower and the dock access might be affected. One negative: instructions stated that we needed to remove our own trash. After 5 days, we had a LOT. ???

Amazing property! This was the perfect spring break get away for my family. The home was immaculate and the host went above and beyond to reduce the stress of navigating their home. I would highly recommend.

This was a great trip! I felt well prepared for check in and had a booklet of instructions for the house upon arrival. Everything was exactly as promised!

As outlined in the stars review, fantastic home that was exactly as advertised. Incredibly great communication. The home helped make our trip fantastic!
