The location is appreciated for its proximity to the city center, close by amenities, good transport connection and free parking lot. This newly furnished apartment is suitable for families, groups of friends, as well for couples who enjoy their space. The apartment has a balcony that protects from wind if needed, as well is openable to enjoy the sunshine with a cup of coffee. The apartment is equipped with all necessary, to enjoy the stay. All three bedrooms are separate from each other. One bedroom is furnished with a dedicated workspace, free wifi is available all over the apartment. The apartment comfortably accommodates 6 people. Overall it is possible to accommodate 8 persons (in this case 2 persons sleep on a couch). A baby cot is available upon request. Organize a sauna evening or a cozy movie night with Netflix, board games are also available. Animals are generally not allowed, but each case is considered individually.

Great stay in Sikupilli! Kati's place is a wonderful apartment with lots of beds and a great sauna! Highly recommended place to stay at during a visit to Tallinn. I will definitely be back!

Prachtige flat, er stond zelfs een boeket tulpen in de salon en de sauna was een absolute meerwaarde. Goed en vlot ontvangen. ‘Old Town’ perfect en handig bereikbaar met ‘Bolt’. Absolute aanrader, wij komen zeker terug!

Es waren sehr nette Tage in Estland. Die Unterkunft war wunderschön und die Sauna war perfekt für kalte Tage! Die Kommunikation hat tadellos geklappt. Kati und ihr Freund sind sehr freundlich und gehen auf alle Fragen und Wünsche schnell ein.

On ne peux pas demander mieux, tranquille, tout équipé, fonctionnel, ultra propre et de très bon goûts. Accueil courtois, prévenant, intéressé. Pas du genre à louer un appartement afin de faire de l’argent mais plutôt de vous offrir un endroit lumineux, unique afin d’agrémenter vos congés. Nous n’avons aucunes critiques négatives à inscrire! Nous recommandons!

Trams nr 2 and 4.
The nearest tram stop is 250 meters (3min walk) from the apartment.
For example, tram nr 4 goes directly to the city center, airport and T1 shopping mall is 1 stop away.
Bus stop is in the same area as tram stop. If you are visiting Tallinn in the summer and need to reach the outdoor concerts or festivals, bus nr 55 takes to Lasnamäe area and to the Tallinna Lauluväljak (Tallinn Song Festival Grounds).
