Mel was an attentive and courteous host. Checking in and out was a breeze. The location in Clifton Hill is very quiet and walking distance from the Merri Creek/Yarra Bend. It's a short walk to the train line. The place was very spacious, full of natural light and had every amenity we needed.

Had a lovely stay at this very spacious, convenient and private granny flat style accommodation. Comfy bed and bedding. We very much appreciated Melanie's flexibility - nothing was too much trouble and we could store our bags before checkin and after checkout. Direct laneway access so we could easily come and go. She had great local suggestions for breakfast and she gives you as much or as little attention as you want. The neighbourhood is quite charming, feels very safe and is flat and close to trams and train station with short commutes to Fitzroy and the city. Definitely try the highly rated pizza shop on the corner for a relaxing wind-down after a day out and about.

I stayed here for a couple of nights on a work trip so really only slept and showered here but it was a lovely little space that had a big of character.

We had a great stay in Clifton Hill. Perfect for our four night stay with plenty of space and a nice outdoor area to eat breakfast. We like the quiet location with easy access to great walking trails and the train station is also a short walk away. Looking forward to our next visit.
