Pros: -Ground level. Made it easier with moving luggage. -Enough for a small to medium size family. -Enough storage in the bathrooms. -At exit, they ask for a luggage clearance to get luggage out of the complex. Cons: -Strong, unpleasant odor the moment we entered the apartment. -Dirty and open drains in which unpleasant smell comes out of. -Dirty toilets and sinks. -Dead and living cockroaches. -Rat poop, and urine, inside kitchen cabinet. -Showers that don’t work. One didn’t release hot water. The other was clogged. We had to call and wait for someone to come fix it. -We found a dirty underwear along with some trash behind the bedroom nightstand. Based on the dirt it collected, we could tell it’s been there for quite some time. -Due to these reasons, we couldn’t use or stay in the apartment as much as we wanted to. After check out, the host apologized for the condition of the place, which we appreciated.

Gelila is very polite and easy to communicate. I am very glad with her response whatever I need help from her. It is a very great place to stay in vacations comes to Ethiopia. I was very happy staying in this apartment. It is clean.

The apartment is very comfortable and safe. The owner makes you feel that u are in your house. Near by the apartment there are shops and bakery. Definitely i will visit it again.

Place was nice,clean,secured and relaxing as described. Gelila was cooperative and fast response in anything requested. All good,we enjoyed our stay. Thanks Gelila
