In-room dining is offered 7 days a week. Breakfast/Brunch from 9am-noon and dinner 5-10pm. The high-speed internet is up to 20 Mbps but if you need faster you can upgrade for $9.99 per day for 3 devices for up to 40 Mbps. Located just a few miles from the strip, you are just minutes away from all the strip has to offer while avoiding some of the traffic and noise. ** When you check in at Palms Place you will be required to sign a waiver regarding balcony use. If you don’t sign it they will not let you check-in. If you would like to see a copy of the waiver in advance please message us and we can send you a copy. The waiver basically says that you can’t put any furniture on the balcony, throw anything off the balcony, or make excessive noise and that the door needs to remain shut. If you are staying in Palms Place and the balcony is open you will have to sign no matter whom you rented the unit from. We just like to be 100% transparent with our guests. RESORT & AMENITIES One of the many benefits of staying at Palms Place is that it has direct access via the inside Sky Tube (4 minute walk) to Palms Resort and Casino which has some of the best restaurants and bars in town. Including Scotch 80 Prime, A.Y.C.E, Serrano Vista Cafe, Mabels BBQ, Tim Ho Wan, Send Noodles, and make sure to check out the new, bright and airy Laguna Restaurant with poolside views. As well as the Pearl Theater where you can catch famous comedians and music artists or catch a movie at the 16-cinema movie theatre.
