This home is Perfect! Beautiful - Very spacious - lots of room for a groups stay. It could not have been more comfortable - Sam has really equipped the home with loads of activities! Inside you have games - pool table - basketball - lots to keep you busy. The outdoor area is excellent! Pool is lovely - lots of sitting area - wonder outdoor dining - we had a BBQ every night! And the Beds are delicious! Every bedroom is so very comfortable and all the bathrooms are well stocked. I really can't say enough good things about this home. Our group game together for my fathers Birthday - even guest was very impressed with the home - and we made some great memories! Sam is very responsive - if you have questions - you will get immediate answers. I look forward to staying in this home again in the near future! If you need a home in the Tampa Bay area - look no further!

Overall, very nice place and amenities. The house and furnishings has lots to offer. The house appears different (newer, more modern etc) than the neighborhood, but we did not have any problems and were never made to feel uncomfortable. Good experience with host.
