Really nice apartment in a lovely and safe area, close to many good restaurants, museums etc. The host was easy to reach and the apartment was clean and perfect for 2 persons. Be aware that you have to wait approximately 40 minutes to get hot water in the bathroom, because the electrical boiler needs heating up first. Other than that, everything worked completely flawless. Would recommend!

Apartment was perfect. Clean, furniture is all new. You have all you need, from washer, dryer, kitchen tools, central heating , climate, vacum etc.. The place is bening guarded by the police all the time, since prime minister lives in the same street.

In general, Location is excellent if you want to be in Kolonaki, Exarchia and Lycabettos. However, the noise from the street (constant police squad protecting someone important) and lack of insulated walls makes it impossible to have quiet day and night. You hear all neighbors coming and going through main door that’s next to the apartment. The walls shake. The apt is fine and modern. Clean. Strange to have a Nespresso coffee maker but no coffee capsules. Finally, the mattress and pillows and need to be replaced.
