Abbiamo soggiornato a Villa Marino per la fine dell'anno, alloggio magnifico e ben curato. Un punto di appoggio molto tranquillo e con una vista mozzafiato, che permette di visitare molti punti di interesse della Toscana. Host sempre molto disponibile e gentile, ha risposto ad ogni nostra esigenza, fornendoci anche una guida ai posti/ristoranti da visitare. Esperienza fantastica

We arrived very late (which the host knew) and the driveway was not driveable. If you have a Jeep it might be fine but not with a normal car at least not without destroying it. The host did say we could park on the street (but only because I asked if the gates will be open) which wouldn't have been safe to do. The street ist very tight and in a curve. Besides it was super foggy and just not safe to leave the car there. Then the place was just not clean. The beds where made, but other people's hair were on the pillows as well as dirt on the bed sheets probably from the brick wall, then multiple dead bugs around, one in the bathhub which was also dirty. ALL rugs as well as the floor overall looked like they haven't been vacuumed in a long time and dog hair was on the couch. We managed to get most of our money back from AirBnB. Hope the host learns from this and checks on the apt before new guests arrive. Would recommend to pick a place with recent good reviews and not from last season...

Bellisimo!! Just enjoyed a lovely week here in the Tuscan Autumn. Experience was wonderful from start to finish. Booking and communication from Luca were great. All questions were answered swiftly, and info sent prior to check in was precise and useful. House is set 5km up in wonderful Tuscan hills and very peaceful (you will need a car) House as described, finished to a high standard and spotlessly clean. Beds and linen were of a very high standard and very comfy. Drive to all the Tuscan greats, Pisa,Lucca, Siena, etc, and close to the Empoli train station for a stress free Florence visit. Private parking at the villa is available and video sent on how to access this was a great idea (we have had struggles finding properties is the past) Restaurants a short walk away and plenty of cooking implements if you prefere to cook. Com um ótima localização, o apartamento é muito aconchegante, limpo, arejado e moderno. San Baronto é muito especial, pena não ter podido ficar mais tempo, nossa estada foi relativamente curta para poder apreciar os arredores. O anfitrião nos deixou bem à vontade no seu apartamento e a comunicação muito fácil e tranquila. Certamente voltaria para uma estada maior. Super recomendo, vale muito a pena! Obrigado, Luca, por nos receber tão bem!
