Samuel foi simpático ao nos receber, o preço do imóvel é bem barato e por isso, muito simples também. Sabendo do preço baixo, a única coisa que realmente aponto como negativa é a qualidade dos colchões, muito moles, bastante desconfortáveis pra alguém mais gordinha.
