Heel mooi, modern en groot huis met open indeling. Heel proper. Zeer grote keuken op 1e verdieping, grote slaapkamers. Alles is voorzien, de keuken bijzonder goed uitgerust. Veel (gratis) parkeerplaats. Spar, bakker, doe het zelf zaak, pizzeria, koffiebar, Italiaans restaurant, frituur in het dorp. Fijn dat we uitstappen konden maken naar de kerstmarkt van Durbuy en Luik. Ellen beantwoordde al onze vraagjes heel snel. Ze wachtte ons op bij aankomst. We hadden niet verwacht dat er trappen waren tussen keuken en living, dat was wat minder handig voor onze oma van 93. Er stond in de advertentie 3,5 badkamers dus hoopten we op 3 badkamers (waarvan dan eentje enkel voor oma), maar er waren « slechts » 2 badkamers (wel 3 toiletten). Het lukte natuurlijk zo ook. We hadden 5 heel gezellige dagen!

Ellen was a great host in any ways. Due to heavy traffic jam, we arrived almost 4 hours later than expected, around 21.50 on Friday evening. We contacted Ellen about the delay and she informed us that she would wait, so no worries. When my colleagues arrived first, they were greeted by Ellen and she shows the whole place, explained everything needed and provide good recommendations about restaurants and thing to see and check around the area. The place was big, clean and had enough room for all 7 of us. Enough towels and toiletries were provided and the kitchen was very well equipped that it wasn't a problem to prepare dinner for 7 adults. This small and pretty village has some characteristics building and we found the people were very friendly. There was a nice hiking trails closeby that we also enjoyed good 90 minutes of walk with view. 2 free parking at the site and the supermarket in 5 minutes on foot were also very convenient. All in all, we had wonderful time here.

Kurt en Ellen zijn heel vriendelijk, snel en behulpzaam in hun communicatie en de gite is super modern en schoon.

Die Gite ist sehr schön, klasse eingerichtet und war für uns 8 Erwachsene perfekt geeignet. Anthisnes ist als Ausgangspunkt für Touren gut gelegen. Ellen war super freundlich und hat sich sehr viel Zeit genommen, uns alles zu erklären. Sehr zu empfehlen. Danke und Groetjes!!
