We have stayed at a few of Peter's listing in the past and just like the other thus place lived up to the high standards he set. This location is close to so much in old montreal, extremely walkable yet the city noise isn't too bad. He goes above and beyond by providing ear plugs just in case the Boise is bothersome. All the locations we have stayed have been well done, clean and felt very secure. I highly recommend this listing or any of his other properties as each one we have stayed at has been consistently good and as advertised.

Being in the heart of the city was perfect! So many excellent things to do and restaurants within walking distance! Another review recommended “Target Parking” nearby (~5-8 min walk) and at $20 Canadian daily it was perfect!! As mentioned in reviews and post, keep in mind no privacy between rooms - fine for a family!

A great apartment , walking distance to the centre of town. Restaurants and cafes near by. Kitchen was well equipped. Very comfortable beds. Anyone would be happy staying here!

Peter is great to communicate with! Timely responses and very understanding. Excellent host! We had some debris between couch cushions and he offered to send cleaners straight away.

Die Lage ist wirklich toll! Wir haben die Wohnung wie beschrieben vorgefunden und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war sogar Waschmittel für die Waschmaschine vor Ort - sehr aufmerksam! Wir (sind als Familie gereist) würden die Wohnung wieder buchen.
