Thank you Mr. Adeel for your quick response and good stay! In general, the stay was good, the cleanliness was acceptable, the beds were comfortable, Alawi was friendly and helpful, as was the building guard. As a feedback, the windows need some maintenance to close well and help isolate noise. I can say that if you are looking for an appointment in good condition and located in a central location, it is recommended!

Un garage etait prevu dans la reservation , une fois arrive l'intermédiaire a voulu nous mettre entre les mains d'un gardien dans la rue en le payant d'avance, il a fallu insisté pour avoir le bip du garage deja paye. Une fois dans l'appartement rien etait fidele a la reservation , l'appartement etait sale surtout toilette sale de bains photos à l'appui ensuite la climatisation ne marche pas , nous avons perdu 3 jours de nos vacances pour attendre un ouvrier pour installer une nouvelle clim. Tous les appelles d'urgence a Adil ont été ignorer !! pendant ma douche le vieux pommeau de douche m'est reste dans les mains nous avons du en achete un et le remplacer pour pouvoir se doucher . Mauvaise expérience.

The flat is big and clean, and accurate to the pictures. The big problem is that the AC units need to be changed. They either didn't work or functioned on and off with no way to program them. So I was very, very hot during the day and Adil gave me a partial refund which is nice but the problem needs to be addressed. And maybe some hand soap/dish soap. Otherwise nothing to say, good beds, plenty of room and enjoyable.
